Driving Directions for Visiting Scofield |
Scofield Mountain Estates is located approximately 100 miles southeast of Salt Lake City.

From Salt Lake City/Northern Utah:
Take I-15 south towards Provo. Exit on the Spanish Fork / Highway 6 Exit #257 and travel east on Highway 6 through Spanish Fork Canyon (43.5 miles), then head southwest on Highway 96.
SUV/Truck Road (Faster)
After 6.5 miles on Highway 96, look for large power lines and turn right onto a dirt road. This is West Scofield Road, which is not marked with a sign. Travel on this rocky dirt road 4 miles and look for lot number signs on the sides of the road. (see map below)
Car Road (Slower)
If you'd rather continue on the smoother paved road around the lake, continue driving on Highway 96 until you see a small gas station in the town of Scofield. Continue past the gas station and curve 90-degrees to the left. Take the first right on to Myrtle Street. Travel two blocks west and take a right (north) at the T intersection on to Church Street. This becomes West Scofield Road. (see map below) Travel on this road to Scofield Mountain Estates for 4.8 miles.
From Arizona/Nevada/Southwestern Utah (Thanks to Yahoo Maps!):
Once you’ve arrived at Scofield Mountain Estates:
The entrance to Phase A is between the two bridges/streams on the west side of the road. This entrance is across from the cattle corrals on the east/lake side of the road. This is also just south of Pondtown Creek (the northern stream). The road that parallels the north of the stream is Pondtown Creek road and will take you into the national forest and not into Phase A. (see map below)
Continue North on West Scofield Road until you cross the second small bridge (Pondtown Creek) and proceed up the large hill. Lot 1 though 10 start on the right (east) at the top of the hill.
As you approach each lot you will find each marked with a lot number sign. This sign is located usually about 20 feet from the road at the mid point of the lot front. The corner of each lot is marked with a green fence post. By using the lot layout maps and price list from the visitor's guide and looking at the lot corner markers, you should have a clear understanding of where each lot begins and ends.
